Briana graduated with honors in 2016 from Ashland University with a Bachelor’s Degree in political science and history, and thereafter graduated from Capital University Law School in 2019. During her time at Capital, Briana acted as a peer advisor for incoming students and participated in the school’s mock trial team, where she was awarded for her oral advocacy and brief writing skills. During her 2018 fall semester, Briana had the esteemed pleasure of working as a judicial law clerk for Chief Justice Maureen O’Connor of the Ohio Supreme Court.
Upon admission to the Ohio Bar, Briana began practicing as a consumer law attorney with a small firm in Cincinnati, Ohio. However, during this time, Briana kept reflecting upon her experience as an extern for Judge Elizabeth Gill, a Franklin County Common Pleas Court judge in the Domestic and Juvenile Division, and how much she enjoyed interacting with people and helping them through various domestic relation matters. Since then, she has made the transition to family law and has dedicated her practice to this area.
