Biography
Amber Richter received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Bowling Green State University in 2007 and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Dayton School of Law in 2012. She was admitted to practice law in Ohio in 2012 and has spent her legal career in private practice. She focuses on the area of family law/domestic relations, community association law, real estate, and small business.
Amber has an extensive background in the representation of community associations and real estate law. She has years of experience in representing community associations, small businesses, property managers, and individuals with real estate related issues and concerns.
Specifically, Amber has represented Homeowners Associations and Condominium Owners Associations in all aspects of association operations and covenant enforcement. She has vast experience in issues relating to residential real estate and landlord/tenant matters.
Amber resides in Butler County with her husband and four children. She loves serving her local community and the greater Cincinnati area. She is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, Butler County Bar Association, and Cincinnati Bar Association.
