Biography
Dean A. Bacovin has experience in a wide variety of areas of law throughout his career ranging from immigration to foreclosure defense. However, he has maintained his true passion by concentrating his practice on criminal defense and OVI defense for over a decade.
Dean has always stayed rooted in the Greater Cincinnati area. After graduating from St. Xavier High School, he attended Miami University’s Farmer School of Business earning his Bachelor’s degree in accountancy before attending Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University.
While in law school, Dean dedicated a year to working at Legal Aid of the Bluegrass where he developed his strong desire to zealously advocate for the rights of those who could not fight for themselves. After graduating from Chase Law near the top of his class, he began working for a general practice law firm where he quickly realized both his strong passion for criminal defense and desire to be in the courtroom.
After passing the Ohio bar exam on his first attempt, Dean subsequently decided to sit for both the Kentucky and Indiana bar examinations. Defending individuals throughout the tri-state in multiple jurisdictions has allowed Dean to acquire a wealth of knowledge and experience in the area of criminal defense.
