Biography

Bradley M. Kraemer graduated with honors and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the College of Mount Saint Joseph in 1995. He then attended Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University, graduating in 1998 with his Juris Doctorate Degree.

Upon graduation and admission to the Ohio Bar on the first attempt, Bradley became the Public Information Officer and in-house attorney for the Butler County Sheriff’s Office, located in Hamilton Ohio and working under both former Sheriff Harold Don Gabbard and current Sheriff Richard K. Jones.  Brad was involved with all divisions including Road Patrol, Investigations, and Drug and Vice. His roles in the Sheriff’s office allowed him to not only establish connections with the Prosecutor’s office and various local courts, but it also allowed him to gain unique insight into how criminal investigations are conducted.

In 2000, Bradley entered into private practice, establishing his own office in Hamilton Ohio.

In 2001, Bradley left the Sheriff’s Office and has been in private practice since. He primarily practiced in criminal defense.

Through the years, Bradley has represented clients at all levels of misdemeanor and felony offenses.  Bradley has practiced extensively in all of the area municipal courts and has been involved in numerous trials.  Bradley is also certified by the National Highway Traffic and Safety Administration (NHTSA) for performance of the field sobriety tests in O.V.I arrests.  He has attended several sessions of the National College for DUI Defense, as well as countless local seminars on DUI or OVI representation.

Bradley has also represented hundreds of clients at the felony level through jury trial throughout the state of Ohio.  He has been Rule 20 certified in the past meaning that he has been approved by the State to represent defendants in Capital Murder cases.  He represented numerous defendants in homicide, manslaughter, aggravated vehicular homicide and numerous other violent crimes.  Bradley has extensive experience in sex crime defense, including Rape, Sexual Battery, Gross Sexual Imposition, and Pornography charges.  Bradley was the attorney responsible for the highly publicized acquittal of a local attorney and political figure who was accused of aiding a client in fleeing from law enforcement before prosecution.

When confronted with the possibility of a charge or arrest, it is important to contact Bradley right away.  If he becomes involved in a case prior to charge or arrest, it raises the possibility that, Bradley may be able to negotiate a resolution prior to charge or arrest, preventing it from taking place or severely reducing the severity.  Should you be charged or arrested, Bradley will provide zealous, aggressive representation throughout every stage, keeping you informed every step of the way.

No matter how serious the charge, Bradley knows that at that time, the matter is sacred to you and your family and pledges to treat it that way and as if it were his own.
